The Boy(s) of Summer

OK, Alex had his last regular season game on Monday night and the Braves won 3-1 so they finish in first place with only one loss. Now the playoffs start and we'll see how they do. I'm convinced that the coaches are nuts. The more we win the more we practice and I think these kids are getting worn out. They practiced two hours on Sunday, had a game Monday night, another practice scheduled for Tuesday night, and the first playoff game tonight. If they win then there are more games. Alex said his legs and back were hurting so we kept him home from practice last night. I bet the Bad News Bears never practiced as much as we do!
